Hi, this is me!
My dance journey has taken me through a diverse tapestry of styles. From the melodies of Jazz, Ballet, and Contemporary to the energy of Street dance and Feminine Hip hop styles, each step has contributed to my growth as a dancer. However, it was eventually Bachata that captured my heart eight years ago, becoming a focal point of my dedication.
In my dance style, you’ll find a blend of femininity, grace, and musicality, creating an experience for both myself and (hopefully) those watching. But there are moments when a surge of fierce, explosive energy takes over, allowing me to express my inner dance Diva.
When it comes to teaching, I firmly believe in the transformative power of focusing on details and technique. Even when exploring the foundations of the bachata Basic, I try to approach each lesson with care, patience, and commitment to nurture your growth as a dancer. It’s my belief that every student possesses their unique artistry and strengths that brings out their own inner Diva.

I joined Lisondra's courses because I knew she is a wonderful teacher and she did not fail my expectations.

Besides learning varied choreographies, advancing my technique and embellishing my movements, I started to appreciate my own style (with my own flows), thanks to positive and constructive feedbacks. Also revisiting old choreography together after several classes gave me perspective of how much I developed and how much more I can enjoy and play with choreo.
Dancing can mean being vulnerable, but the atmosphere during Lisondra's classes is very supportive, and of course, feeling safe allows us to express ourself via movement much easier!
Lisondra has a very unique dance style when it comes to bachata but most important is that she has the right tools and experience to teach these body movements, dance technique and step combinations to her students.
Her educating ability is not limited only to figures and choreographies as she is a holistic teacher. She knows how to balance not only steps and movements but also thy students bright sides and imperfections!
She shows always real interest in her dancers knowing that they can only bloom if both their body and soul are taken care. She can set their (E)nergy in (motion ) and therefore express E-motion through dance.
Her creativity and inspiration are high and keeps their students interest and lust for dance present even through the hardest of choreographies!
I am really grateful and lucky to have been a student in Lisondras classes and I feel that I have developed my skills as a dancer and as a person!
